Which sizes
On tractor units and trailers the most common sizes are 315/80 R22.5, 295/80 R22.5 and 385/65 R22.5. Tell us the size when you call and we say plainly whether we have it before setting off — we do not keep you waiting and then say no.
What can be done at the roadside
Tyre changes, puncture repair and inflation can all be done at the roadside. Rim damage or a problem on the axle cannot be solved on the spot; in that case we tell you straight away rather than wasting your time. Working on a vehicle waiting in the Kapikule queue is possible if the spot is safe.
