We do at the roadside whatever can be done at the roadside: tyre changes, repairs and jump starts usually finish where the car stands, and no tow is needed. Towing is for the cases where the vehicle cannot get where it needs to go on its own. When you call we ask what happened first — a few questions on the phone usually settle it. If it is something we can fix on the spot, we do not put you to the cost of a tow.
