If you have had to stop on the D100, first pull onto the hard shoulder, switch the hazards on and put the triangle out. Safety comes first on a main road, and we work the same way when we arrive.

Wheel balancing
The most common cause of steering wheel vibration. Done as standard after every fitting.
Puncture repair
A leak from a nail, a screw or a small cut can usually be repaired without replacing the tyre. If the damage is on the sidewall, repair is not safe and we say so plainly.
Common questions
Do you work on the main road?
If the hard shoulder is usable, yes. If you are somewhere the traffic is fast, we ask you to move to a safe place first.
Can you balance the wheel too?
Yes. The balancer travels in the van, so the whole job finishes where you are.
